动物模型表型数据	一些研究结果表明，增加miR-181a在成熟T细胞中的表达增加了对肽抗原的敏感性，而抑制miR-181a在未成熟T细胞中的表达降低了敏感性并损害了正选择和阴性选择。其他研究表明，其在造血干/祖细胞中的异位表达导致组织培养分化试验和成年小鼠中B系细胞的比例增加。
